News / Events

 

Tom Beardall, in conjunction with the Royal Military College of Canada (RMC), Canadian Standards Association (CSA), and Canadian General Standards Board (CGSB), delivered a 2 day workshop in January 2012, on the implementation of CAN/CGSB/CSA-Z1610-11:  Protection of first responders from chemical, biological, radiological, and nuclear (CBRN) events.  Tom presented on the topics of approved and limited protection PPE configurations and selection.

In February 2012, Tom delivered another workshop in conjunction with RMC on CBRN pre-event PPE selection, fit-testing and individual system qualification.

Lindsay Hadcock delivered several seminars in the Fall of 2011 on the topic of office ergonomics, for clients in Ottawa, Kingston and Brockville.

George Becking participated as a Toxicologist on an Independent Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) Panel, established by a Provincial government in 2010 to review public concerns pertaining to the development of a petroleum refinery.
